This private review workspace stores account names, questions, drafts, review decisions and comments needed to provide the service. It records authenticated feature usage, navigation, workflow actions and time-in-use to improve the product, but does not copy passwords, credentials, raw searches or the text entered into forms into product analytics. It does not sell personal data. If you connect WhatsApp, the platform can receive only messages sent directly to the Brands Benchmark business number; it cannot access your other chats, groups or contacts. Conversation analysis is optional, requires a separate affirmative consent, and raw consented text is retained for up to 90 days. Send STOP to withdraw or DELETE to erase stored WhatsApp chat text.
